Information you provide directly:

• Account registration data: name, email address, business name;
• Payment information: processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store card numbers or bank details;
• Developer submissions: Robot name, description, endpoint URLs, pricing, documentation;
• Support and communications: messages sent to our team.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, credit consumption;
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system;
• Robot call logs: timestamps, Robot slug, credit cost, response metadata (not content);
• Cookies and similar technologies: session management, preference storage, analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
• Process payments and manage your credit balance;
• Authenticate users and enforce account security;
• Review and approve Developer Robot submissions;
• Send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, service alerts);
• Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations;
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve Platform performance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure and data storage), Resend (transactional email), and similar vendors necessary to operate the Platform, each bound by appropriate data protection agreements;
• Developers: When you use a Robot, the Developer may receive anonymized usage statistics (call count, error rate). We do not share your personal identity with Developers without your consent;
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public;
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the acquirer's agreement to honor this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, as required for legal and business purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; note that certain records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business interests.

5. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, authentication, and basic analytics. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, some Platform features may not function properly without them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (c) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Developer Robot endpoints. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party Developers or websites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email with at least fourteen (14) days' notice. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
