All purchases on Robots of Awesome are final. We do not issue refunds for credits, listing fees, or any other charges, except where expressly required by applicable law.

1. No-Refund Policy

July Blue Sky LLC operates a strict no-refund policy for all transactions on the Robots of Awesome platform. This policy exists because our services are digital in nature and are consumed immediately or made available instantaneously upon purchase. By completing any purchase on this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

2. Credits: No Cash Value

Platform credits are a prepaid digital currency with no cash value and are not redeemable for money or monetary equivalents. Credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. In the event of account termination for violation of our Terms of Service, unused credits are forfeited without refund.

3. Listing Fees

The $2.00 USD per-Robot listing fee charged upon approval of a Developer's Robot submission is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal of the Robot, removal of the Robot for policy violations, or account closure.

4. Technical Errors

In the event of a verified technical error originating solely from the Platform's infrastructure that causes credits to be incorrectly deducted without a Robot call being initiated, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit adjustment to the affected account. This is not a guarantee of refund and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A credit adjustment is not a monetary refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a valid transaction is a violation of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and to recover any costs incurred as a result of the dispute process, including chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor.

6. Legally Required Refunds

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required by law, we will process it within 30 days of a valid, verified request. The Company's determination as to whether a legally required refund applies is final, subject to applicable law.
